Mike Visnich has worked for over 20 years in companies within the medical and pharmaceutical distribution industries. He has held positions of increasing responsibility ranging from sales representative to president of a large specialty pharmaceutical distribution company. At various stages of his career he was involved in the introduction and successful marketing of new diagnostic products. He was directly involved in the early testing and marketing of home monitoring of glucose for insulin dependent diabetics and the introductions of rapid pregnancy, fecal occult blood, cholesterol and ovulation tests to professionals, to name a few. He has always been keenly interested in the development of the home testing market and over the years, has evolved the concept of Home Test Medical, QA Point of Care and Quality Assured Services, Inc.
Dr. Sheila G. Dunn
Nationally recognized expert in point-of-care diagnostic testing, laboratory regulatory compliance and reimbursement issues
President of Quality America, Inc. a related consulting firm, Dr. Dunn is an industry veteran who assists medical and diagnostic manufacturers to develop and market diagnostic tools to aid in the diagnosis or monitoring of various diseases.
Dr. Dunn and Mr. Visnich have recently co-authored a chapter in a book published by Lippincott, Williams & Wilkens in 2002. The book is intended to become the definitive reference on point-of-care testing with chapters contributed by experts from various fields of testing. The subject matter of the chapter designated for the pair is home based testing. This invitation supports our belief in the unique nature of our business charter and our intention to be recognized as marketing and distribution experts in this emerging market. The pair are currently working on a new book which will define the home diagnostic testing market and provide useful information to consumers and students wishing to learn more about this important segment of point-of-care testing.

Resourceful, successful entrepreneur with twenty plus years experience in executive management, strategic development and customer service.Responsible for the company's logistics, procedures, shipping design, implementation and FDA regulatory compliance. Created and maintains the ongoing growth of the IT department, including communications, networking and software/hardware management. Also gave rise to the company's internet site development, expansion, maintenance and overall presence and is primary caretaker of the entire development team. Spearheads special projects such as the Patient Protimem Monitoring services that was launched in Spring of 2002 and others still in various stages of development.
Nancy F. Clubb
Director of Administration
Insurance industry executive with over twenty-five years experience. Oversees Provider Relations, A/R & A/P and Insurance Process departments. Nancy Clubb is instrumental in the company's constant compliance in the Medicare and HIPAA regulations and guidelines. She has created the company's policy handbook and is in charge of the Human Resources Department. Special projects include the development and implementation of the employee training program emphasizing every level and aspect of the company's infrastructure as it relates to each employee.

His diverse management and sales experiences in the medical, sales and insurance fields have formed a unique ability to create and implement efficient and effective sales strategies. Mike Fine has developed problem solving and customer relations skills that provide excellent service to patients and professionals. Primary responsibility is to manage the product specialist team and inside sales personnel. Other duties include the creation of sales and marketing methods to drive ongoing growth and profitability.
